I managed and led strategy across @eatonhk, @terriblebaby, @tomorrowmaybe_hk, and other additional Eaton HK Instagram and Facebook accounts for this 5-month project. I oversaw professional social media messaging through content development, follower engagement, social listening and trend analysis
Working closely with the design and marketing teams, I developed a recognisable voice for Eaton HK as a purposeful hospitality thought-leader, promoted its social events. I find meaningful, inspiring stories from the community and put it out in engaging, visual and bilingual content.
Key metrics: Increased 70% - 140% follower & engagement growth on all accounts in 5 months.
